1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Fuufu ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Fuufu is a relationship app designed for couples to strengthen their connection through:

  • Daily conversation starters and questions
  • Love notes and messaging between partners
  • Shared memory keeping with photos and notes
  • Relationship tracking and progress features

3. Account Registration

To use Fuufu, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Pairing and Partner Connections

Fuufu allows you to pair with one partner using a unique pair code. You are responsible for sharing your pair code only with your intended partner. Once paired, both partners will have access to shared content, including questions, love notes, and memories.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Fuufu offers subscription-based premium features:

  • Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
  • One subscription covers both partners in a paired connection
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store or Play Store account settings
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple and Google policies

6. Free Trial

Some subscription plans may include a free trial period. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription. You can cancel anytime during the trial period through your App Store or Play Store account settings.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create in Fuufu (love notes, memories, photos). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and display your content within the App
  • Share your content with your paired partner as intended by the App's functionality

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content to the App, including photos and text.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates others' rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Share your account credentials or pair code with unauthorized individuals

9. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time through the App settings. When you delete your account:

  • Your account will be scheduled for deletion after 90 days
  • During the 90-day period, you can cancel the deletion by logging in again
  • After 90 days, all your data will be permanently deleted, including memories, love notes, and profile information
  • Your paired partner will be notified of the deletion

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to conversation questions, design, text, graphics, and logos), is owned by Fuufu and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. FUUFU IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP COUNSELING OR THERAPY.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUUFU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
